Fine dining, delicious food, great staff and service, just perfect.

We have ordered an early Christmas dinner outside the home. Very well cooked, can only be recommended. We had goose, perfectly cooked and with delicious red cabbage, everything was very fine. Also just the right portion size. Great, we will be happy to be guests again.

We picked up venison ragout with nut gnocchi with salad there. It was really extremely good. We are now waiting for the New Years Eve menu and will probably order there again.

Nice restaurant with super nice service staff. The food is very nicely presented and tastes really delicious. Prices are a little higher, but I think the price / performance ratio fits.

We got food here yesterday and loved it. You can taste that everything is freshly made, the portions were large and everything was wrapped in environmentally friendly paper. Simply great! I can only recommend it to everyone :) we will definitely be back!

Very nice place. Hygiene regulations including the distance are observed. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food is very good. Card a bit small. The selection could perhaps be richer by a few more menus. 3 - 5 pieces in addition would be nice. I would love to come back.

For the end of a day in Singen, the three of us spontaneously looked for a restaurant for Friday evening. The menu available online spoke to us and led us to the Gasthaus Kreuz. Even the ambience is a fusion of the dark beams and modern, very tasteful furniture. Rounded off by classic white tablecloths and cloth napkins. After a friendly greeting and placement by one of the three very friendly and competent service staff, we were handed the card. This impresses with a very seasonal and regional orientation, which is complemented by international influences. In addition to classics of French and southern Baden cuisine, there are also some modern dishes. This very well thought-out food selection gives everyone the opportunity to find something suitable. The concept is also continued with the wine menu: which has a clear focus on regional wines, which are sensibly complemented by foreign wines. A great offer is that the wines are also offered by the glass at a very fair price! The greeting from the kitchen in the form of a small fresh goat's cheese with marinated herbs, cranberries and caramelized walnuts made us look forward to the upcoming menu! As a starter we had an excellent salad with sautéed chanterelles: a mixture of green and red oak leaf salad marinated with a light vinaigrette, rounded off with classic garden cress, which was more than just a garnish here. The roasted foie gras could also shine. Served with sweet potato puree and currant jus were a real highlight in the menu! Personally, I would have liked something more crispy. In the main course we got the red wild-caught prawns on fettuccine with autumn truffles, a perfectly grilled fillet of pikeperch under a sesame crust, with classic rice and marinated avocado. The pulpo, marinated with chimichurri on sweet potato cookies, and wild broccoli impressed with their sophisticated acidity! The Sauvignon Blanc I chose was unfortunately too acidic for the squid, next time I would drink a Pinot Gris with it. We concluded the menu with a very crumbly piece of Linzertorte. Sebastian Kopitzki and his team offered us a true culinary experience. At this point, I would like to highlight the very well-versed service in addition to the impressive kitchen performance.

For the prices, the service was just bad. One can only hope that the young man is in training and can still learn a lot, much more: say hello, wipe the table, especially if you spill the juice yourself while "serving", pour water, if you bring the wrong dish, don't start a discussion , overall more respect and less friendliness towards guests over 50 ... a shame!

Super friendly and attentive service. Great recommendations. The food is of the quality and taste, in my eyes and palate, awesome. If you want to treat yourself and your loved ones to something, you've come to the right place.

Ambience: Super nice beer garden, in which you can spend a very quiet, relaxed evening. The restaurant looks very cozy inside too! Staff: Very nice, attentive staff. In this restaurant the customers are well served. You feel good all around! Food: A very tasty, clear menu. Not too many dishes, but the ones on offer are perfect and very high quality! The food alone is worth more than these five stars! Conclusion: highly recommended. A must when you're around and in the mood for a perfect meal. We'd love to come back!

The only restaurant in Singen that is open all day, with 2 different menus ... cozy, quiet beer garden, friendly service ... and good food

Here you can meet many familiar faces from Singen and the surrounding area. Perhaps it is due to the tradition of the house or the proximity to the town hall. To eat: the ingredients are fresh and seasonal, but unfortunately not as handcrafted as the price would suggest. Unfortunately, it didn't hit my palate. The dessert selection could be more unusual. The service at our table was nice, but rather jovial.

We were here with a larger group for graduation and it was a great and all-round successful evening. Very tasty and fine cuisine, good price-performance ratio, very friendly staff and a super personable chef who runs his restaurant with a lot of passion. Very nice premises and a wonderful beer garden. We can warmly recommend the place!

Actually, we just wanted to stop for a drink on our bike tour. But the card seduced us. The food was really delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and you could also tell the team that they enjoyed their work. Keep it up 👍

Cozy atmosphere, nice staff. But you expect more from the food after reading the short menu with lots of flowery descriptions. Unfortunately, very small portions, poorly arranged and served lukewarm ... The new young people are welcome to practice. But not on me😏

We had a very nice and successful evening here. The service is very friendly and courteous. You feel very well served and welcome at any time. The choice of food and drinks is varied and creative. The dishes are excellent in terms of quality, preparation and appearance. We will definitely come back more often!
